H&M’s Global Customer Service is a multichannel and multi-brand organization with a focus on the customer dialogue throughout the customer journey. Our customer is at the heart of everything we do.
Today, Customer Service has around 3500 employees globally and has established 16 Customer Service Centers around the world. In our Center in Maastricht, the Netherlands, around 400 colleagues take care of H&M’s customers in 9 different countries and in 6 different languages.

Job Description
As a Trainer your responsibilities are endless. You need to be flexible and motivated to develop your colleagues, the business and yourself. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Prepare, execute and follow up trainings for new and current employees
- Introducing new ideas to improve our trainings
- Inspiring others with a positive attitude to work
- Identifying training needs
- Always looking for new ideas and ways to make the knowledge and results stronger
- Contributing to the development of all the agents by doing regular follow-up activities
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates experienced within a Customer Service environment and possessing excellent knowledge about Customer Service systems and procedures to provide the best quality of future trainings.
Your personal qualities should include:
- A strong focus on developing people
- Good level of knowledge, implementation and usage of office 365
- Strong leadership skills
- Being a team player, but also comfortable working independently
- Coping with a high workload and embracing change
- Being a strong role model who lives up to H&M’s values
- Having excellent planning and organizing skills
- Being self-motivated and results driven
- Having strong presentation and communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch – in both verbal and written communication
